We have created this page to help you with ideas for your pet memorial.

Creating a Pet Memorial Page not only helps you with the grieving process but should also be a celebration of your beloved pets life.

Each page of your pet memorial gives you the opportunity to create a rich, meaningful and loving tribute to your sadly Missed pet.

The main page

The main page of your online pet memorial is broken up into 6 separate sections.

The first section allows you to enter the Name and dates of your pet. This information will appear at the top of each page of your pet memorial.
The next section allows you to enter a couple of lines which sum up the feelings that you have for your pet. You can also enter a title for memorial if you wish.
Here are some examples that others have used in the opening lines of their online pet memorials.
Forever in My Heart.
Sammy you will never be forgotten. Love u forever
I miss you but you are free now
Because we loved you
The thirdsection is there for you to write you message to your pet or to tell their life story. You can put whatever you want in this section and you can use as many words as you need to.
It’s a good idea to write your entry for this section in a word processor first. That way you can easily alter or correct it as you go.
Remember that you can also edit this page of your pet memorial at any time.
You can also look through other online memorials first to get a feel for what others have written, that is always a good source of inspiration.
The fifth section allows you to enter another headline, This will break the page up and make it look better.
You can use this section to headline a specific memory that you would like to include or as the title of a poem or story.
The sixth section is very similar to the fourth. You can enter whatever you want to here. Some people will include a poem that they have written or one that is appropriate to their feelings. You could also use this section to continue the life story of your pet.
Again it is a good idea to write your entry for this section in your word-process first and then copy and paste it into the box provided.

Your online photo album.

You can upload up to 5 photos and captions to your online pet memorial photo album.
It is a good idea to look through your digital photos and choose the ones that you would like to include in your memorial, you can then put them in a special file on your computer so that you can easily find them when it comes to uploading them to your memorial.
The digital photos must be either .JPG or .PNG images, you can check to se if they are in the properties section. If they are not you will have to convert them to one of the above formats. This is very easy to do with any photo editing software.
Once your have your photos ready, decide which one will be the main photo. The main photo will appear at the top of each page of your pet memorial pages and will be the first one you are asked to upload.
The uploading is very simple and full instructions are provided when you get to that part.
Try to pick photos that have a large image of your pet on them, close-ups are great and any full length shots will also look good on your online memorial.

The Tributes and Condolences page.

This page will contain the tributes and condolences sent by others, its like a guest book where anyone can leave a message for you.
When someone leaves a message you will be informed via email. You can then view the message and approve it if you want it to be included on this page.
Only messages that you approve will appear on your pet memorial tribute/condolence page.
You can also use this page for anniversary messages.

Backgrounds.

We have included a number of beautiful themed backgrounds that you can choose from for the background to your memorial.
You can choose a theme that reflects the nature of your pet or one that reflects your feelings. You can also edit or change to background at any time.
